Instructions:
To order products from Evans Software Services, simply fill out the following form by selecting the appropriate check box to indicate your selection(s). Please note that all of our software is available ONLY by download.

You can calculate your total charges and see a summary of your order by selecting the Preview Order button at the bottom of the form. The Summary Form then can be e-mailed directly to ESS.

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All checks and money orders must be in US dollars, drawn on a US bank, payable to:

Evans Software Services will be permanently closing on May 1st, 2028, but you will be able to continue using the software after that date. Please consider this before you place an order. Feel free to contact us to discuss your concerns.

Multiple Program Discounts:

We offer substantial discounts when you order two or more different programs for your own use.

Massachusetts Residents:

You will have sales tax added to your total order.
The State field must be filled in for the tax to be accurate.

International Customers:

Find out approximately what our price is in your local currency at Yahoo's Currency Exchange. (Currency exchange rates do vary.) Please note our price does not include any applicable duties, VATs, etc.

How to Submit Your Order

PayPal, Credit Card, eCheck and Gift Certificate Payments:

To provide credit card information we can email you an electronic invoice that you pay online, or you can either call us from 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time, or fill in a time below for us to contact you. Please be sure to indicate in the Payment Instructions box below HOW you would like to pay, but do NOT put your credit card number on this form.

To pay with a gift certificate, enter the gift certificate number and expiration date in the Payment Instructions box.

Payment Instructions:

Mail Orders: If you wish to pay by check or money order, just click Preview Order and mail in your payment to us along with your phone number plus the breeder's name and zip code from the order form.

Order processing time: Gift certificate, credit card and PayPal account payments are typically completed within 1 hour, eChecks delay shipment by about 1 week.
